Meet Our Founder: Jo Baker
Hi, I’m Jo — the heart behind the Simplified Success Hub.
I’ve always loved tech. For more than 13 years, I worked as a Training Lead on multi-million dollar tech projects, teaching entire organisations how to use new systems with clarity and confidence. That experience taught me exactly what works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to making technology feel simple.
But when I stepped into entrepreneurship as a bestselling author and international speaker, I found myself in a whole new world. Over the past three years, I’ve done plenty of trial and error setting up my own online business — testing platforms, building automations, and learning firsthand how overwhelming it can feel. That journey gave me a deep appreciation for the challenges authors and speakers face.
I founded the Simplified Success Hub to bring these worlds together: my love of tech, my corporate teaching background, and my lived experience as an author and speaker.
Everything we do is shaped by a simple belief: tech should feel supportive, never stressful.

With over 30 years of experience on international stages, television, and podcasts, I’ve helped countless authors, speakers, and leaders transform their stories into powerful messages that captivate and inspire. I believe every story isn’t just told — it’s lived. And when you truly embody your story, you don’t just speak it, you own the stage.
My work goes beyond mindset — it’s about anchoring transformation so your confidence becomes who you are, not just what you think. I guide new authors and speakers to craft unforgettable stories, overcome the fear of public speaking, and deliver with authenticity and magnetic presence.

Hi, I’m Jason — senior speaker coach, mentor, and marketing strategist.
I help speakers and authors uncover exactly who their audience is, the problems they face, and the language that truly connects with them. Because once you’re clear on who you’re talking to, every part of your message becomes easier and more effective.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of speakers in crafting powerful messages and delivering them with confidence and influence, both on stage and online. My own journey began with a painful product failure — an experience that taught me marketing is the master skill of business, and that success starts with identifying a clear, narrow target market. As I like to say:
“Better known beats best.”
Beyond coaching, I’m the creator and presenter of Business Class, a weekly radio program broadcast on FM and streamed online, and I’m also a published author.
