Meet Our Founder: Jo Baker
Hi, I’m Jo — the heart behind the Simplified Success Hub.
I’ve always loved tech. For more than 13 years, I worked as a Training Lead on multi-million dollar tech projects, teaching entire organisations how to use new systems with clarity and confidence. That experience taught me exactly what works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to making technology feel simple.
But when I stepped into entrepreneurship as a bestselling author and international speaker, I found myself in a whole new world. Over the past three years, I’ve done plenty of trial and error setting up my own online business — testing platforms, building automations, and learning firsthand how overwhelming it can feel. That journey gave me a deep appreciation for the challenges authors and speakers face.
I founded the Simplified Success Hub to bring these worlds together: my love of tech, my corporate teaching background, and my lived experience as an author and speaker.
