These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription to and use of the Simplified Success Hub platform and related services. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. About Us

Simplified Success Hub (“Simplified Success Hub”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a trading name of Fifty Plus Consulting, an Australian business registered in Victoria.

We provide access to an online, subscription-based platform designed to help authors and speakers simplify and automate their technology needs. The platform is delivered via trusted third-party technology, rebranded and supported under our name.

When you subscribe, your agreement is with Fifty Plus Consulting (trading as Simplified Success Hub).

2. Eligibility and Account Ownership

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
2.2 You agree that the information you provide when creating an account is accurate and complete.
2.3 Accounts are non-transferable. If you subscribe on behalf of a business entity, that entity will be the account owner.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
3.2 You are solely responsible for:

The content you upload and communications you send through the platform.

Ensuring your own clients and contacts agree to your terms and privacy policy.

Complying with all relevant laws (including spam, marketing, and privacy regulations).

3.3 You must not:

Misuse the platform for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.

Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform beyond what is permitted under your subscription.

Share your account access with competitors or unauthorised third parties.

4. Subscriptions, Fees and Payments

4.1 Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, according to your selected plan.
4.2 All fees are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted.
4.3 All fees are non-refundable, including in cases of unused time, account inactivity, or partial months, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
4.4 We may change subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from your next billing cycle.
4.5 You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges imposed by government authorities.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5.2 If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we may suspend your access to the platform until payment is resolved. If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, we may terminate your subscription and permanently delete your account and data.

5.3 Upon termination, your access to the platform and stored data may be disabled or deleted. We recommend exporting your data before cancelling.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The platform, software, and related content remain the property of Fifty Plus Consulting, our licensors, and/or our technology partners.
6.2 You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform or its content without our prior written consent.
6.3 Any branding, training materials, or resources provided to you are for your personal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7.2 You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to upload and store your clients’ data in the platform.
7.3 We are not responsible for your compliance with privacy laws in relation to your own clients or contacts.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifty Plus Consulting (trading as Simplified Success Hub) is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages.

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Issues arising from third-party services or integrations.

8.2 Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide tools, training, and support to assist your business, we make no guarantees that use of the platform will result in increased income, sales, or business success. Your results depend on your own efforts.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly.
10.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10.3 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
