Like all platforms, some “consumable” services such as emails, texts, and calls have small usage costs from the major providers. Instead of raising our plan prices to cover those, we’ve kept The Hub Plan affordable and simply passed those usage fees through at cost.
Each month, you’ll receive a $10 USD credit, which covers approximately 10,000 emails (most members never use more than this). If you go beyond that, extra emails cost just $0.001 USD each — that’s one-tenth of a cent.
In short: your core system is all-inclusive. You’ll only ever pay a tiny bit extra if you’re sending high volumes — and you’ll always know exactly what to expect.
